Our 90 Day limited warranty covers structural and mechanical equipment in good working order as inspected by our trained professional home inspectors. Mechanical equipment covers common plumbing components, electrical devices and fixtures, most major kitchen appliances, and HVAC equipment. Structural items covered by this warranty include poured concrete and block wall foundations, floor joists, bottom and top plate wall members, roof leaks, load bearing walls, and garage doors.
Inspectors record all model and serial numbers of appliances and input into them into a national database through the Consumer Product Safety Commission. With RecallChek, our clients receive a monthly email with information about recalls and how to address the dangerous flaws with their home appliances.
RecallChek alerts our clients before the Consumer Product Safety Commission notifies the manufacturer, making our clients the first to be notified, and first in line for recall correction services.
With every full home inspection, we have Sewer Line Protection from SewerGard- the world leader in underground repair coverage. Buy with confidence and worry less knowing that we will cover main water line and sewer collapses and breaks, up to $4000. This warranty applies 90 days after the home inspection or 22 days after the home closing.
Our Platinum Roof Protection Plan covers the repair of your roof for 5 years following your home inspection. This policy covers all residential roof types, including asphalt/composition shingles, slate roofs, metal roofs, tile roofs, and non-commercial flat roof types. This policy applies only to the home itself, and specifically excludes other structures.
With pest inspection, our profesional inspectors note the status of wood destroying insects in the home. Each of our clients are eligible for our Termite Protection Plan. This plan covers a termite/carpenter ant chemical treatment exclusive of home inspection findings. This warranty extends 90 days after the date of the home inspection.
At every inspection, all of our professional home inspectors are searching for areas of organic growth within the home. The term "microbial growth" refers to the unidentified nonspecific mold particles. If after our home inspection our client discovers a spot with suspected mold, our MoldSafe warranty covers the remediation.
Our Radon Protection Plan protects our clients who elect to have radon testing. If the radon level goes beyond the EPA standard of 4.0 pCi/L up to 120 days following the inspection, this warranty will pay for a radon mitigation system up to $1200 after a $250 deductible is met.
All HomePro Inspections customers will be eligible to purchase an 18-Month Home Warranty for the price of 12 months through Residential Warranty Services, Inc. This warranty covers a broad range of items, such as pool pumps, dishwasher units, sump pumps, and more!
