Our standard structural inspection includes an in-depth investigation of the property. This includes structural, electrical, plumbing, heating, interior, exterior, kitchen and basement. Weather permitting, our inspector will inspect the roof to determine the integrity of the shingles, chimney, flashing, and gutters. Roofs can also be inspected from the attic. We will operate all the mechanical equipment and utilities and teach you how to operate and how to maintain that equipment. We will test all the plugs, windows, and doors, and perform visual checks for lead paint, asbestos, and microbial growth.
